Prevention and intervention is the long-range solution
to many mental health problems. Recognizing this, the Mental Health
Association
sponsors unique programs that are generally at no cost. Call 252-5785

Debra
Ann House-Drop In Center – The Mental Health Association offers a
psychosocial program for those dealing with mental illness.
It is open 6 days a
week including weekends (closed on Wednesdays). It is a place to come to talk, to meet friends,
to get help or just to relax in a quiet homelike setting.

- Depression Support Group - This group meets at Debra Anne House every Thursday from 4:45pm - 6:15pm. This is a self help group that offers fellowship to those who struggle with major depression.
- Depression/Bi-Polar Support Group – This group meets at
Debra Anne House every Monday from 4:45pm - 6:15pm. This is a self help
group that is uniquely designed for those who
suffer from both depression and bi-polar disorder.
- Suicide Support Meetings – The Mental Health Association invites anyone who has lost a family member, relative, or friend to suicide to join our peer support group meetings beginning September 2nd. This group meets at the Moody Wick Line Cultural Center at 800 South Daytona Ave. in Flagler Beach the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
